MUSHANA: Houseboat Concept

What if you took a large pontoon hull houseboat such as ones found on Lake Kariba, blended it with a sea-going superyacht and created a hybrid of these types of vessels?
Modelled and animated the houseboat mainly showing the external spaces in use (See video above). Below are a few rendered images of those spaces and some screenshots of the CAD model.
